KTC will focus on their vision – “Share the Word of God holistically.”  KTC desires to be a conducive environment for learning and a central place for CCC in Kajiado.  Facilities improvements needed, to improve the learning environment, include water tanks, electricity from KP&L (on the way, funded by CMF), divide the bunks, remodel all rooms, paint, do something to reduce dust, put up a new sign on the road, minor repairs, a “T” pipe from the main town water supply, and landscaping.

Other ministries have been invited in (like NHM on HIV/AIDS teaching), and Paul encouraged all to coordinate their work

Kenya’s current situation has caused some Internally Displaced People (IDP) to travel to Kajiado (to live, take shelter, or transit to TZ), since it has remained largely unaffected by the post-election chaos and violence.  Some prices are also going up.

KTC relationship to CCC – “It is a central meeting place for CCC in Kajiado, and CCC churches support the KTC.” (note – CCC churches raised money in 2007 for a separate choo for the ladies, plus a TV/VCR for courses.)
